Registration Process
- Walk-ins are NOT permitted. You must register online for each session.
- Registering online ensures we stay within COVID-19 safety limits.
- You will register for the Friday Fun Day program.
- You can register for multiple sessions.
- Payment will not be required until you are confirmed. This keeps you from having to pay for sessions that may get canceled and will keep us from incurring fees to refund your money.
- Confirmation of acceptance to the program will be sent out by Thursday afternoon. If you do not receive an email it is because positions have been filled and you will remain on the waitlist.
- Once confirmed, please pay by 2 pm Friday. Paying online reduces person-to-person contact. If you do not receive an invitation email to pay by 4 pm on the day before your session, then the session for which you registered is full.
- Cost is $20 per session for Club Ohio Members and $25 for the public.
Guidelines
These are guidelines that have been set in place for the Club Ohio Training Center as part of the Health Department requirements.
- Facial Coverings – required for all people coming into the building. Once on the turf and actively participating, they are not required. If someone exits the turf (restroom, lounge area, leave the facility, etc), a facial covering must be on.
- Spectators – spectators are currently prohibited. This includes parents. The only people in the building should be actively participating by either playing or coaching or building support staff.
- Entry/Exit - We are using separate doors for entering and exiting the building, as well as staggered start times between sessions. Players may enter through the Front Door only. Players must exit the back door.
- Drop off/Pick up - Parents may drop off in the front of the building. For pickup, please park in a space in the back lot and pick up your player at the back door when they exit. Please do not form a line of cars until your player comes out.
- Times - Teams cannot enter the building until 5 minutes before their sessions scheduled start time. Do not enter early. Please exit within 10 minutes of the end of your session through the back door immediately.
- Self-health assessments must be made by each family before participation. If anyone is sick, including coaches, players, spectators, they must stay home. If a player/coach test positive or have a positive COVID case inside their household, they must not participate in any sessions for 14 days.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building. Please use it often.
